Vestry Meeting Dates  2010 - 2011

As a general rule Vestry meets on the fourth Thursday of each month.  Infrequently the date may need to be changed, if for instance there is a clash with another event that precludes members attending.  The dates below should be used as a guide for persons wishing to make submissions to Vestry or preparing material for the meeting.  Material to be circulated to members prior to the meeting must reach the parish secretary at least one week before the meeting date.

Vestry meetings are open for any person to attend as an observer.  Speaking rights are not automatic and only members of Vestry may vote.  Please check with the parish office for the meeting venue if you are interested in attending.
