Earlier this year, our parish review encouraged us to explore adding an Associate Minister role to help strengthen key areas of church life. After careful and prayerful consideration, Vestry has agreed to move ahead and advertise for this position.
We are seeking a full-time Associate (Lay) Minister to serve alongside the Vicar, with a particular focus on discipleship, music support, and pastoral care. This role reflects our desire to nurture faith, support our worship life, and care well for one another as a growing parish.
This is an important step for our church community. It represents both an investment in the future and a practical way to build on the strong foundations already in place. We’re excited about what this new role could mean for the life and health of our parish.
