Over the weekend, I took part in the Sky Tower Challenge—an epic stair climb up Auckland’s iconic tower, all while carrying 25kg of gear.
It was tough, sweaty, and a little bit brutal… but incredibly rewarding. The event raises awareness and vital funds and awareness for Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand (LBC). Every day 8 children and adults in New Zealand are diagnosed with a blood cancer like leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma. LBC is the national charity dedicated to supporting patients and their families, this support can last months or even years.
LBC receives very little government funding so a huge thanks to everyone who cheered me on and donated towards such an amazing cause! Check out a few photos from the climb below.
